Privacy Policy

What AXIO stores about you, why it needs it, who ever sees it, and how you can review or remove it. Written to match exactly what the product actually does, not a generic template.

Encrypted at rest

Your Binance API key and secret are encrypted with AES 256 GCM and decrypted only in memory for the single signed call that needs them.

Never sold to advertisers

AXIO runs no third party ad trackers and does not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

You can delete your data

Disconnect Binance or close your account from Settings, or ask through the Help Center, and your data is removed.

1. What AXIO collects

Account basics: your email, full name, and a password that is hashed with bcrypt before it is ever stored, so AXIO itself never has access to your plain text password.

Investor profile: the two onboarding questions (risk reaction and involvement level) plus the derived investment style, drawdown limit, goal, and asset preferences you confirm afterward.

Binance connection: your API key and secret, encrypted with AES 256 GCM the moment they reach AXIO and decrypted only in memory for the duration of one signed Binance call, plus what Binance reports about the key itself, such as whether it can read balances, trade spot, or trade futures.

Portfolio and trading activity: snapshots of your Binance holdings and value pulled directly from Binance, plus the trades, opportunities, approvals, and audit log entries AXIO generates while operating your account.

Referral data: your referral code, experience points, and, if someone registers with your link, the fact that they were referred by you and which milestones they have reached.

2. What AXIO does not collect

AXIO never asks for or stores a bank account number, card number, or government identification number. It is non custodial, so there is no deposit or withdrawal flow that would require payment details in the first place. AXIO does not run third party advertising trackers.

3. How this data is used

To run the product: authenticate you, build and refresh your portfolio view, compute your risk profile, score and surface opportunities, size and place trades you approve or automate, and log every automated decision so you can see exactly why it happened on your Activity page.

To operate the referral program and its experience points and leaderboard rank, and to improve AXIO itself.

4. Who ever sees this data

Binance receives your API key and secret only to make the exact signed calls you have authorized, such as reading a balance or placing a spot order. Public market data providers, including Binance's own market endpoints and CoinGecko, receive no personal data at all, only requests for prices that apply to every user equally.

Infrastructure providers that host AXIO's application and database process data on AXIO's behalf under the same protections described here. AXIO does not sell or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other unrelated third party.

5. How long data is kept

Account and portfolio data is kept while your account is active. Audit log entries, the record of what AXIO did and why, are kept longer even after other data is removed, since that record is what lets you or AXIO answer "why did this happen" about a past decision. Deleting your account removes your personal profile and stored Binance credentials; it does not rewrite historical audit entries that other records, such as a referral you made, may depend on.

6. Your choices

Disconnect a Binance connection at any time from Settings, which removes the stored encrypted key and secret immediately. Switch your involvement level between approve every trade, approve large trades only, or fully automated whenever you want. Ask through the Help Center to review, export, or delete your account data.

7. Cookies and sessions

AXIO uses one signed session cookie to keep you logged in. There are no third party advertising or analytics cookies set by AXIO today.

8. Children

AXIO is not directed at, and is not knowingly used by, anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If what AXIO collects or how it is used changes meaningfully, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change to reflect it.

10. Questions
