Terms of Service
Plain language terms for using AXIO to connect a Binance account, review AI generated opportunities, and approve or automate trades within your own risk limits.
Last updated August 2026
Non custodial, always
AXIO connects with a Read and Spot Trading API key. Withdrawal permission is refused outright and can never be granted.
Not investment advice
Opportunities are algorithmically scored, not personalized financial, tax, or legal advice. You decide what happens with your account.
You stay in control
Disconnect your Binance key, switch approval modes, or close a position at any time from your dashboard.
1. Who these terms cover
AXIO is operated by AxioGoTrade. Wherever these terms refer to "AXIO," "its operator," or similar, that means AxioGoTrade.
These Terms of Service apply to anyone who creates an AXIO account or connects a Binance account through AXIO, whether using Binance's official Demo Trading (virtual funds) or a real Binance account (Live). By registering, you confirm you are old enough in your jurisdiction to hold a Binance account and to enter into this agreement, and that using an automated crypto trading tool is lawful where you live.
2. What AXIO is and is not
AXIO is a non custodial AI portfolio manager for Binance. It connects to your own Binance account with an API key scoped to Read and Spot Trading only, audits your real holdings, scores trade opportunities from live market data, and manages risk with volatility sized stop loss, take profit, and trailing stop levels.
AXIO is not a broker, custodian, bank, or registered investment adviser. Your funds never leave your own Binance account. AXIO does not hold, transfer, or have any ability to withdraw your assets at any point.
3. Approval modes and automated trading
Every account chooses an involvement level: approve every trade individually, approve only large trades, or fully automated, where AXIO can approve and execute opportunities on its own within the same position cap and risk sizing every manual approval goes through. You can switch modes at any time in Settings.
Live order execution is a feature that AXIO's operator enables per account and can pause platform wide at any time as a safety measure, without individualized notice, if market conditions or a technical issue warrant it. A paused or disabled state does not close your existing Binance positions for you.
4. No investment, tax, or legal advice
Opportunity scores, risk levels, and suggested allocations are generated from market data and general rules, not from your personal financial situation, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for every trade approved or automated on your account, and for any tax reporting obligations that result. Consider speaking with a licensed financial or tax professional before making decisions you are unsure about. See the Risk Disclosure for the risks specific to automated crypto trading.
5. Your account and security
You are responsible for keeping your AXIO login credentials and your Binance account itself secure. AXIO encrypts your Binance API key and secret at rest and never logs or stores them in plain text, but a compromised Binance login, email account, or device outside of AXIO remains your own responsibility.
Create your Binance API key with Read and Spot Trading permissions only, and confirm Withdrawals are turned off. AXIO independently checks this and refuses to connect a key that has withdrawal access.
6. Referral program and XP redemption
Referring someone earns experience points (XP) as they reach real milestones. The program, its milestones, and its rewards may change or end at any time.
XP is redeemable for real crypto, at the rate stated on your Referrals page when you redeem. Redeeming requires a connected, real (Live) Binance account on your AXIO account — Demo-only accounts cannot redeem. Submitting a redemption creates a request; it is reviewed and paid out manually, not instantly, and AXIO may decline a request it reasonably believes is fraudulent or abusive, in which case the XP is returned to your balance.
7. Fees
AXIO does not currently charge a subscription or trading fee. Any fee introduced in the future will be disclosed clearly before it applies to your account. Binance's own trading fees, which AXIO does not control or receive, still apply to trades placed on your Binance account.
8. Service availability
AXIO depends on Binance's API and public market data, and is provided on an as available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted uptime. Outages, maintenance, or a Binance side issue can delay portfolio refreshes, opportunity scoring, or order execution, and are outside AXIO's control.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using AXIO and disconnect your Binance account at any time. AXIO may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the platform, or poses a security risk to itself or other users, and will make a reasonable effort to explain why when it does.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXIO and its operator are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, Binance outages, market volatility, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. AXIO is a tool that acts within limits you set or approve; the underlying trading decisions and their outcomes are yours.
11. Changes to these terms
AXIO may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page, and continued use of AXIO after a change means you accept the updated terms.
