Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and AXIOTRADE ("Company", "we", "us", "Platform") for use of axiogotrade.com, the member dashboard, deposit and withdrawal flows, Auto Trade engine, APIs, email communications, and all related services ("Services").

By creating an account, checking the compliance boxes at registration, depositing USDT, activating Auto Trade, starting a bot session, or continuing to use the Platform after we publish updates, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Risk Disclosure Statement and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict, the order of precedence is: (1) specific fee or tier disclosures shown in your dashboard at the time of a transaction; (2) these Terms; (3) general marketing materials.

1.1 Capacity to contract

You represent that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement and that you are not prohibited from using digital asset services under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

1.2 Changes

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Where law requires explicit re-consent, we will obtain it before applying changes retroactively.

2. Definitions

Capitalized terms have the meanings below. Singular includes plural and vice versa.

• Account — your registered profile, authentication credentials, ledger balance, session history, and assigned deposit identifiers.
• Activation Key — a private promo code (e.g. AXIO-VIP, AXIO-TEAM) or paid activation that unlocks Auto Trade on your account.
• Activation Fee — the current fee (typically $100 USDT) deducted from balance when you choose paid activation instead of a promo key.
• Auto Trade — automated bot sessions that reference live market prices and operate according to platform session rules.
• Ledger Balance — the USDT-denominated credited balance in your account after approved deposits, fees, session activity, and withdrawals.
• Matched Deposit — a user-submitted deposit that has been verified and credited through our matching process.
• Minimum Trading Balance — currently $300 USDT; the minimum ledger balance required to activate (promo path) or run sessions after activation.
• Pay Total Required — Activation Fee plus Minimum Trading Balance (typically $400 USDT); required before paid activation so $300 remains after the fee.
• Session — a timed Auto Trade run on a selected chart timeframe with a computed profit target cap.
• USDT — Tether or equivalent stablecoin unit credited on supported networks (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 as displayed).

3. Eligibility & restricted use

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must not use the Services if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a citizen of any jurisdiction where digital asset trading or similar services are prohibited.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful. We may restrict access by geography, IP address, or compliance flags without prior notice where required by law or internal risk policy.

3.1 Accurate information

You agree to provide truthful registration data (name, email, country, phone) and to keep it current. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of promotional benefits pending investigation.

3.2 Sanctions & AML

You represent that you are not on any sanctions list and that funds you deposit are not derived from unlawful activity. We may report suspicious activity and cooperate with authorities as required by law.

4. Your account

4.1 Registration & compliance

Account creation requires email OTP verification, password selection, and explicit checkbox confirmation that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Risk Disclosure, and Privacy Policy. We store the timestamp of your acceptance (terms_accepted_at) for audit purposes.

4.2 Security

You must safeguard your password and session tokens. Notify admin@axiogotrade.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure credentials, phishing, or malware on your devices.

4.3 One account per person

Each natural person may maintain one account unless we authorize otherwise in writing. Multi-accounting to abuse promotions, activation keys, or referral programs is prohibited.

4.4 Account activity

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, including deposits, activation payments, session starts, and withdrawal requests, whether or not you personally initiated them if your credentials were used.

5. Platform & services description

AXIOTRADE provides a web-based platform where members can: view live cryptocurrency reference prices; deposit USDT via assigned blockchain addresses; activate Auto Trade through promo keys or balance payment; run timed bot sessions; monitor execution logs; and request withdrawals subject to review.

The Platform displays market data sourced from third-party public APIs (including Binance Spot 24hr ticker statistics). Price change percentages shown in the site header ticker use green for positive 24h change and red for negative 24h change — this is a visual market indicator only and does not represent your personal profit or loss.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, latency, error-free software, or uninterrupted blockchain or API connectivity.

5.1 Not a regulated exchange

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, AXIOTRADE operates as a trading simulator and account management platform. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or money transmitter in every jurisdiction. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a solicitation or offer where prohibited.

5.2 No fiduciary duty

We owe you no fiduciary duty. We do not manage your assets for your benefit beyond applying published platform rules to ledger entries and session mechanics.

6. Market data disclaimer

Prices, percentage changes, sentiment scores, and pair lists are derived from external feeds and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Displayed 24h change reflects the source exchange calculation, not AXIOTRADE's independent verification.

Session profit previews, tier labels, homepage showcase executions, and aggregate statistics are illustrative. They must not be interpreted as promises of future performance on your account.

7. Deposits

7.1 Minimum amount

The minimum deposit is $300 USDT unless the dashboard states otherwise. Sub-minimum transfers may not be matched or credited.

7.2 Supported assets & networks

Deposits are USDT only on the network shown in the deposit wizard (Tron TRC20 recommended, or Ethereum ERC20, BNB Smart Chain BEP20, Solana SPL). Sending native coins, wrong tokens, or wrong networks may result in permanent loss. We are not responsible for user wallet misconfiguration.

7.3 Deposit addresses

Addresses are generated for a limited validity window (typically five minutes). Expired addresses must not be used. Always copy the address displayed at generation time and verify network before sending.

7.4 User confirmation

After sending, you must confirm the amount in Step 3 of the deposit wizard. Inaccurate confirmations delay matching. Fraudulent or duplicate claims may result in account review.

8. Deposit matching & crediting

Our matching process compares your confirmation with on-chain or pool records. Crediting is not instant in all cases. Typical matching completes within minutes but may take longer during congestion or manual review.

Until a deposit is approved, funds do not count toward ledger balance, activation eligibility, or session start requirements. "Awaiting matching" status is not a failure — do not send duplicate transfers unless support instructs you to.

We reserve the right to request proof of transfer, adjust credited amounts if the sent amount differs from confirmation, or reject deposits that violate minimums or compliance rules.

9. Auto Trade — general rules

Auto Trade is disabled on new accounts until activation is completed. After activation, you may start sessions only while your ledger balance meets the Minimum Trading Balance ($300 USDT) and other tier rules.

9.1 Two activation paths

1. Promo key (Option A): Enter a valid private Activation Key. No fee is deducted. Requires matched balance of at least $300 USDT.
2. Paid activation (Option B): Pay the Activation Fee (typically $100 USDT) from your ledger. Requires $400 USDT available before payment so that after the fee is deducted at least $300 remains for trading margin. Payment is blocked if balance would fall below $300.

9.2 Activation is account-level

Once activated, your account remains unlocked unless suspended. Activation does not bypass ongoing balance requirements for individual sessions.

9.3 Email confirmation

Successful promo activation and paid activation trigger email notices to your registered address. Retain these for your records.

10. Activation keys policy

Private keys (AXIO-VIP, AXIO-TEAM, AXIO-FRIEND, AXIO-PARTNER, and admin-issued codes) are confidential invitations. Each key has usage limits. One redemption per account per key unless stated otherwise.

You may not publish, resell, brute-force, or share keys publicly. Abuse may result in key revocation and account termination without refund of activation fees paid elsewhere.

Promo activation does not waive the $300 minimum balance requirement for running sessions — it only waives the Activation Fee.

11. Balance tiers, sessions & profit mechanics

11.1 Starter tier ($300 – $499)

• Up to two (2) parallel bot sessions — steady, lower return rate.
• Chart timeframes: 1m, 5m, 15m.

11.2 Growth tier ($500 – $999)

• Up to three (3) parallel bot sessions — moderate return rate.
• Additional chart timeframes: 30m, 1h.

11.3 Elite tier ($1,000+)

• Up to ten (10) parallel bot sessions — high return rate.
• All chart timeframes unlocked (including 4h).
• Longer sessions accumulate larger profit targets relative to shorter sessions on the same balance.

11.4 Session profit caps

Each session has a computed profit cap based on your balance at start, tier profit rate, and timeframe duration. Shorter sessions target smaller cumulative wins; longer sessions target moderate-to-higher cumulative wins according to published share tables in the dashboard preview.

Scheduled loss mechanics and market simulation may reduce session profit during a run. Net session results are not guaranteed positive.

11.5 Tier changes

If your balance drops below a tier threshold while sessions are active, rules for new sessions apply on the next start. We do not retroactively terminate running sessions solely due to balance drops unless required for system integrity.

12. Withdrawals

Withdrawals require a valid external wallet address on the selected network, minimum withdrawal amount (typically $50 USDT), and acceptance of the platform withdrawal fee (currently 2.5% unless changed in dashboard).

You must verify address and network carefully. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Admin review may apply for large amounts, new accounts, or risk flags.

Withdrawals reduce ledger balance and may affect tier level and ability to start new sessions if balance falls below $300 or tier minimums.

12.1 Processing times

Processing times vary. Submission creates a pending request; approval and on-chain send are separate steps. Email notification is sent when status changes where configured.

13. Fees summary

• Activation Fee: typically $100 USDT (paid path only).
• Withdrawal Fee: typically 2.5% of requested amount.
• Network costs: blockchain gas or transfer costs may apply externally; we display net amounts where applicable.

Fees may change with notice on the Platform. Fee displays at transaction time control.

14. Risk acknowledgment

By using the Services you acknowledge that:

• Digital assets are volatile and may lose value rapidly;
• Auto Trade sessions can end below expectations or with net negative session results;
• Activation fees are generally non-refundable once applied;
• User error on deposits and withdrawals can cause total loss of transferred funds;
• Platform downtime or API failures may prevent starting or monitoring sessions;
• High-risk trading outcomes are your responsibility — not AXIOTRADE's — except where law prohibits such allocation.

15. No investment advice & no guarantees

Nothing on AXIOTRADE — including staff communications, tutorials, profit previews, live ticker data, or marketing — constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. We do not recommend any strategy, asset, or session duration.

We make no guarantee of profit, income, capital preservation, activation key availability, matching speed, withdrawal approval, or any specific annual percentage return. Any forward-looking statement is aspirational marketing unless backed by a signed written agreement.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXIOTRADE, its owners, operators, affiliates, and suppliers disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or loss of digital assets, arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Services;
• Unauthorized account access attributable to your negligence;
• Blockchain delays, reorgs, or smart contract failures;
• Incorrect addresses, networks, or amounts you submit;
• Market movements or session outcomes;
• Third-party wallets, exchanges, APIs, or email providers;
• Force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

Aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid by you to us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100), except where limitation is prohibited by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AXIOTRADE from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of activation keys, unlawful deposits, fraudulent withdrawal requests, or violation of third-party rights.

18. Acceptable use

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Circumventing minimum balance, activation, or tier limits;
• Automated scraping or API abuse without permission;
• Money laundering, fraud, or structuring deposits/withdrawals to evade review;
• Harassment of staff or other users;
• Reverse engineering, probing, or attacking Platform infrastructure;
• Impersonation or use of stolen payment sources;
• Posting misleading screenshots or fabricated profit claims to defraud others.

19. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for Terms violations, suspected fraud, chargebacks, legal requirements, or extended inactivity. Upon termination you may request withdrawal of eligible balance subject to review, fees, and compliance holds.

Suspension does not waive accrued obligations. Sections on liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution survive termination.

20. Privacy

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. By using the Services you consent to data practices described there, including storage of terms acceptance timestamps and transaction records.

21. Amendments to tiers, fees & features

We may modify tier thresholds, session limits, activation fees, supported networks, timeframe availability, and profit mechanics with notice via dashboard or email where appropriate. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance unless you close your account before changes take effect.

22. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law as specified in official correspondence from AXIOTRADE. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact admin@axiogotrade.com with a written description of the dispute and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be handled according to the jurisdiction and forum stated in our official legal notices, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
