Digital assets (including USDT and cryptocurrencies referenced on our platform) are experimental, largely unregulated in many jurisdictions, and subject to extreme price swings. The value of your account can decrease rapidly. Regulatory changes, exchange failures, stablecoin de-pegging, or global economic events may cause sudden losses.
By using AXIOTRADE you acknowledge that you understand these inherent risks and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for evaluating whether the Services are appropriate for your financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance.
2. Market & price risks
Live prices displayed on AXIOTRADE are sourced from third-party public APIs (including Binance spot reference data). Prices may lag, differ from your local exchange, or become unavailable during outages. Session profit calculations and previews are estimates based on platform rules and current balance — they are not promises of future earnings.
Past session results, homepage showcase executions, performance statistics, and marketing figures reflect historical or simulated activity. They do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Other users' outcomes are not indicative of yours.
2.1 Leverage & volatility
Even without explicit leverage, short-duration trading on volatile pairs can produce rapid gains or losses relative to your account size. A single adverse market move during an Auto Trade session may consume a significant portion of your session profit cap or underlying balance depending on platform mechanics.
3. Auto Trade specific risks
3.1 Activation & minimum balance
Auto Trade requires account activation (promo key or paid fee) and a minimum matched balance of $300 USDT. Paying the activation fee reduces your balance; if your balance falls below $300 after fees, withdrawals, or session activity, you cannot start new sessions until you deposit again.
3.2 Session mechanics
Each session runs for a fixed time on a selected chart timeframe. Profit caps, tier limits, and concurrent bot slots depend on your deposit tier. Sessions may end without reaching the displayed profit target. The bot engine operates according to platform algorithms and live feed data — outcomes are probabilistic, not assured.
3.3 System usage risks
Misconfiguration (wrong timeframe, starting sessions while underfunded, ignoring activation requirements) may lead to suboptimal results or inability to trade. Technical interruptions during a session may affect logging or completion timing. These operational risks are borne by you as the account holder.
3.4 No fiduciary relationship
AXIOTRADE is not your broker, advisor, or fiduciary. Auto Trade does not constitute managed portfolio services. We do not owe you a duty to maximize returns or protect you from market downturns.
4. Deposit & blockchain risks
- Wrong network: Sending USDT on Ethereum when Tron is shown (or vice versa) typically results in irrecoverable loss.
- Wrong token: Sending non-USDT assets to your deposit address may not be credited.
- Expired address: Addresses expire after the displayed timer. Transfers to expired addresses may not be matched.
- Under-minimum amounts: Deposits below $300 USDT may not be processed.
- Confirmation delays: Blockchain congestion can delay matching; we are not liable for network-level delays.
- Smart contract risk: Tokens on various chains carry smart contract and issuer risks including de-pegging or freezing.
Always verify the network, token, amount, and address in your wallet before confirming a transfer.
5. Withdrawal risks
Withdrawals require accurate external wallet addresses. An incorrect character in an address can send funds to an unreachable destination. Withdrawals are subject to review, fees, and minimum thresholds. Once approved and broadcast on-chain, transactions are generally irreversible.
6. Technology & third-party risks
The Platform depends on internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, databases, email delivery, wallet integrations, and external market data providers. Failures in any component may cause delayed deposits, missed notifications, incomplete logs, or temporary unavailability. Cyberattacks, phishing, and malware targeting your device can compromise your account if you do not follow security best practices.
7. No profit guarantees
AXIOTRADE explicitly disclaims any guarantee of profit, income, or capital preservation. Marketing language describing "wins", "signals", or platform totals refers to aggregate or illustrative data, not a commitment to your personal performance. High-risk scenarios that may lead to total loss of deposited funds are not assumed by AXIOTRADE beyond applicable legal minimums.
8. Your duty of care
You agree to:
- Read and understand the Terms of Service and this Risk Disclosure before trading;
- Deposit only funds you can afford to lose entirely;
- Verify all deposit and withdrawal details before submitting transactions;
- Maintain the $300 minimum balance and valid Auto Trade activation before starting sessions;
- Monitor your account and contact support promptly if you notice discrepancies;
- Seek independent professional advice if you are uncertain about suitability or tax obligations.
9. Acknowledgment
During registration you must confirm that you have read this Risk Disclosure and understand that trading involves substantial risk. That confirmation is stored with your account record. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Services.
